Return Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving the package.
• Returns are offered in the form of store credit, as cash refunds are not provided.
• For swimwear and apparel returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• No deodorant stains. If so, the item will not be accepted and be returned back to the customer.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.
• Buyer is responsible for paying for return postage. It will not be reimbursed; we recommend getting tracking.
• Marker27 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• No exchanges are allowed with Klarna but rather, the policy should be that a return can be made within 14 days of receiving the items.
• Sale items is considered final sale!
